Abstract

Este artículo fue escaneado por la Biblioteca Ecuatoriana Aurelio Espinosa Pólit.


Con el propósito de ilustrar el criterio del publico respecto al significado de un “Punto Focal Nacional”, se ha estimado conveniente iniciar, desde el presente numero de nuestro “Boletín”, una serie de publicaciones periódicas que, al mismo tiempo sirvan para informar sobre la marcha de los trabajos que ha iniciado el Instituto, tendientes al establecimiento de las bases para un Punto Focal Nacional.
