Abstract
Este artículo fue escaneado por la Biblioteca Ecuatoriana Aurelio Espinosa Pólit.
Fiel a su propósito de divulgación, el Instituto de Investigaciones Económicas de la Universidad Central del Ecuador, ha tomado a su cargo la tarea de hacer luz sobre mucho de los problemas económicos que atraen la atención del público ecuatoriano.
En esta ocasión voy a referirme a la situación que confronta nuestra Reserva Monetaria Internacional, debido a las continuas reducciones que ha sufrido en el transcurso del presente año, y de las cuales se han ocupado con marcada insistencia los apuntes periodísticos de última época.
