Extravasación de sustancia de contraste durante la Angiografía Cerebral en un caso de Aneurisma de Comunicante Posterior
Resumen
En la literatura mundial se han reportado 55 casos de extravasación de sustancia de contraste, durante las angiografías cerebrales, por ruptura de aneurismas23 47910. La ocurrencia de este fenómeno, suele ser ocasionalmente reportadol 1. A menudo se deben a hemorragias cerebrales de origen hipertensivo, que causan ataques apopléticos. Durante la angiografía cerebral, se visualizan las extravasaciones de contraste por efecto de la ruptura de un aneurisma cerebral.
