Colgajos miocutáneos en cirugía reconstructiva oncológica
Resumen
Se evalúa un total de 7 pacientes en los que se realizaron colgajos miocutáneos entre julio de 1981 y julio de 1985, los mismos que se realizaron para colmar pérdidas de sustancia tisular compuesta, luego de la resección de diversos cánceres. Los resultados conseguidos fueron exitosos en un 90°/o, el fracaso de un 10°/o correspondió a un colgajo de esternocleidomastoideo, el mismo que se debió a una indicación errónea, pues fue realizado a continuación de una disección
