Diagnóstico de sufrimiento fetal por cardiotocografía
Resumen
El presente es un estudio prospectivo, realizado en e l Hospital Metropolitano entre Marzo de 1987 y Abril 1988 , en que se monitorizan 100 casos de pacientes embarazadas mediante cardiotocografía ante parto por lo menos 30 minutos, interpretando los tazos de acuerdo la escala de Fisher; las condiciones fetales se clasifican según la puntuación se APGAR para establecer la validez de la cardiotocografía (C TG) en el diagnóstico de sufrimiento fetal (SF).
