Symbolic Construction of the Discourse in the "Aló Presidente" Radio Program Gestatin a New Hegemony in Venezuela

Abstract
This research on the speech on the radio program Alo Presidente is a communicological qualitative study, which focuses on the critical analysis of ten radio broadcasts transmitted in ve key moments of the Bolivarian process in Venezuela lived between 1999- 2009.
Identify and analyze the main features characterizing the symbolic construction of discourse in Alo Presidente, as well as the strategies employed by the late Venezuelan leader , Hugo Chavez , according to gestate a new hegemonic power in Venezuela . It is found that by culture and ideology, the speaker manages to relate the discourse and its political context, from a range of meanings, constructions and representations that contribute to strengthening the relations of domination and hegemony liberating structure.
