Abstract





At the beginning of the century, the media basically electronic, have gone from Fourth to First State Ideological Power, given its level of penetration and the ability to influence audiences. This is the thesis of Javier Esteinou Mexican research professor, who argues that, in this situation, Mexico is now living in the Fourth Republic, which is not a National Republic, but a Media Republic
