Abstract

La modernización, que es un concepto muy amplio, al cual nadie se puede oponer como concepto, no debe ni puede comprimirse a algo tan específico como lo ha hecho este gobierno, que es relacionarlo indisolublemente con las privatizaciones. El Ecuador tiene un grave problema y es el no pensar en lo relativas que son las cosas.
