Integrated Logistics Systems: Impact on Supply Chain Competitiveness and Performance

Abstract
In a volatile global environment, the need to redefine logistics management towards an integrated approach seeks to maximize efficiency and minimize costs. This paper analyzes Integrated Logistics Systems and their impact on performance and competitiveness in modern supply chains, identifying strategies that favor their implementation, the most frequently used measurement frameworks, and the influence of Industry 4.0 in this context. The methodology employed consisted of a systematic literature review following PRISMA guidelines. The results indicate that Integrated Logistics Systems represent an advanced strategic management vision that optimizes flows and values, with integration being the fundamental element for improving the performance, resilience, and competitiveness of supply chains.
