Aeroalergenos en Rinitis Crónica y Asma Bronquial
Resumen
En 77 pacientes afectos de rinitis crónica y/o asma bronquial se estudió la prevalencia de sensibilizaciones cutáneas a una bacteria de alergenos presentes en nuestro medio ambiente, .utilizando lá técnicá del prick test. Se encontraron 49 (63.6o/o) individuos alérgicos en el total de la muestra, 71o/o en él grupo de hombres, 56.4o/o en el grupo de mujeres y 76.9o/o en el grupo de niños menores de 12 años, siendo este último valor significativamente superior (p <0.05) al encontrado en el de individuos mayores de 12 años (50o/o). De los pacientes alérgicos, el 83.6 °/o estaban sensibilizados a Dermatophagoides pteronussinus, el 71.4o/o a Dermatophagoides farinae, el 69,3o/o a polvo de casa, el 55o/o a pelo de gato, el 28.5o/o a pólenes, el 18.3o/o a pelo de perro y el 2o/o a hongos.
