Estenosis esofágica congénita
Resumen
Se estima que la Estenosis Esofágica Congénita ocurre en aproximadamente uno por cada 25.000 nacidos v i vos.
Presentamos dos casos clínicos, diagnosticados de Estenosis Esofágica Congénita, tratados en nuestro Servicio de Cirugía Pediátrica.
En el primer caso, se evidenció una zona estenótica en el tercio distal del esófago, con ausencia histológica de la capa muscular; y. en el segundo un anillo cartilaginoso constrictor. L a cirugía realizada fue una operación de Thal con procedimiento antirreflujo (Nissen) y piloroplastia tipo Mickulicz. E l control postoperatorio inicial fue favorable clínica y radiológicamente.
