Medicación preanestésica con clonidina
Resumen
Clonidina, droga alfa-2-adrenérgica actúa en receptores de la médula oblongada, presinápticamente en las terminaciones nerviosa periféricas y receptores a nivel central para causar una reducción de la actividad del sistema nervioso simpático.
Está usándose coi-" o premedicación para proveer sedación y ansiólisis y mejorar las cualidades de la inducción, mantenimiento y recuperación de la anestesia.
