Abstract

Categories of control and punishment on the human body are the subject of the present document, which under those premises analyzes Soho* magazine for men. Soho exhibits the elements of the debate around the body, body aesthetics and body canons imposed by the market. Under these premises, the analysis involves a corporeal and communicational proposal exhibiting bio-political processes which are not brought about by violent and punishing dispositifs.
