In developing lhis paper seeks to emphasize lhe theoretical formulation, so that the regulatory approach to contenl can be made from elements to assimilate from a criticar perspectiva. So we wanl to strenglhen the rule of the general characterislics of the adversarial moda and provide enough references for comparison.
