Abstract

The COVID-19 pandemic evolved from an acute and sudden crisis to a long period of fight against the virus, this permanent stress has already been analyzed from the pathogenesis in search of risk factors, potential damage and pathological consequences. The approach outlined here, based on salutogénesis, raises the possibility of a different analysis from the origin and resources for health, encourages an understanding of how people manage to increase their sense of coherence and stay healthy.
