Abstract
Abstract: The objective of this essay is to read the work and the materiality of the archives of the Colombian engineer Darío Rozo Martínez (1881-1964). For this purpose, it was necessary to (re)organize the work of the author, scattered in different libraries in Bogotá. Most of his work remains unpublished to this day. The corrections made by the author, the deletions over the printed text and the scratches and the damages on the documents, allowed to establish a connection between the writing and the fiber in which it is inscribed, in order to introduce the material dimension on the archives studies.
