Management systems and their importance for sustainable development
Main Article Content
Abstract
The models of the management system, of a voluntary nature for organizations, have begun to be considered as strategic to achieve institutional success and adopt innovative directions. Establishing and managing these models independently for the same organization entails certain difficulties. So, it would be preferable to be a more logical system to provide a global view of all standards, so that it is possible to integrate everyone. The integrated management systems can be adapted to the requirements of the organization, this implies different standards of management systems. Therefore, there is no precise frequent pattern for such global standards. These management systems provide organizations with a management philosophy so that processes are managed successfully and achieve the desired results. When the relevant management philosophy is applied by management and collaborators, a corporate culture is formed. The consequences of integrated management systems applied to the sustainable development of the organization can be classified into six categories: management, people, market, production, environment and occupational health and safety.
