Piodermia Gangrenosa Idiopática: Informe de un caso
Resumen
Presentamos el caso de una paciente, portadora de piodermia gangrenosa (P.G.), sin asociación con otra enfermedad dé base. Se informa de la presencia de agranulocitosis tóxica como efecto secundario al tratamiento con dapsone. Observamos buena respuesta clínica al tratamiento con plasmaféresis.
