The importance of recovering the human – non-human balance in the world’s ecosystem in the face of climate change is highlighted, for this purpose the need for an articulation of knowledge based on speculative realism is outlined. It turns from the city approach to that of the territory, taking as a case the DM of Quito and suggests making this practice a source of training
