Instalación de un implante postextracción en el área anterior estética utilizando el protocolo one abutment-one time

Se presenta la resolución de un caso clínico mediante la instalación de un implante postextracción con la técnica de one abutment-one time debido a una fractura radicular a nivel cervical del diente #21. Se instaló un implante de conexión cónica de 3,5 x 13 mm mediante approach palatino, concomitantemente se realizó un xenoinjerto óseo en el gap entre el implante y la pared ósea vestibular así como un injerto de tejido conectivo subepitelial con la técnica de sobre para mejorar el fenotipo gingival y la confección de un diente provisional inmediato. Siguiendo el principio de carga tardía, luego de 6 meses, el implante se rehabilitó con una corona definitiva de metal porcelana. Con las limitaciones del caso, se comprobó que esta técnica es segura a mediano plazo, ofrece la ventaja de resolver este tipo de casos en una sola cita quirúrgica manteniendo la arquitectura gingival para acercarse más a la naturalidad dentaria.
