The theme of the Dossier for Volume 13, Issue 2 is: Applied Veterinary Anatomy: Morphofunctional Integration for Animal Health, Production, and Conservation. This dossier aims to bring the latest research and scientific contributions related to applied veterinary anatomy and its integration with animal health, production, and conservation, promoting interdisciplinary approaches and new research methodologies. The thematic areas under consideration are:

  • Functional anatomy and animal production
  • Clinical anatomy and veterinary diagnosis
  • Anatomy, animal welfare, and behavior
  • Comparative anatomy and biodiversity
  • Anatomy and public health (One Health)
  • Innovation and methodologies in anatomy

The guest editors are Oliver Brian Quintana García, from Andrés Bello University, Chile; and María del Carmen Revelo Cueva, Ph.D., from the Central University of Ecuador
